Acqua di Sale by Profumum Roma
Fresh Collection
'Salty Water'
100ml Extrait de Parfum
Boxed with funnel, atomiser and 5ml rollerball travel accessory
Olfactive Family - Woods / Fresh / Water
'Seaside in Sardinia'
Acqua di Sale in our humble opinion is one of the undeniable highlights in the Profumum Roma collection, a sensuous salty-sweet perfume of great refinement, subtlety and a fairy tale like quality.
Acqua di Sale is like plunging down in balmy waters, sunlight streaming through the gentle waves shining down on the eerie, silent world below. Down there, it is easy to believe that mermaids are real, undulating gracefully amongst seaweeds, watching for the next beautiful adventure.
Olfactory Notes – Cedarwood, Myrtle, Seaweed
Directly from Rome we bring you Profumum Roma, a family owned niche perfume brand that make their scent in oil base. The story begins with Celestino and Lucia Durante who after the Second World War decided to move from a small town called Sant’Elena Sannita to Rome. Coming from a family with a long artisan tradition, they used their skills to open a tiny storefront selling interesting fragrances, hand made soaps and other beauty products. From these humble beginnings the business grew into a chain of shops that quickly became a reference point for luxury personal care in the city.
The skill and craftsmanship were passed on through the generations of the Durante family and in 1996 Celestino and Lucia’s grandchildren expanded the business by creating a line of exclusive fragrances. The Profumum Roma scents are exquisitely crafted to evoke the emotions and memories of their beloved Italy. Inspiration has come from an eclectic mix of Italian motifs including stories of Rome, iconic vacation islands and even a delicious local pastry shop. The resultant scents though seductively layered, are wonderfully simple at heart.

Angels' Share by Kilian Paris
'The Liquors Collection'
50ml refillable eau de Parfum
Olfactive Family - Classic Oriental
Perfume Author - Benoit Lapouza
The Perfume: Much like a Master Perfumer who crafts accords and essences in a perfume, a Master Blender combines the 'eaux-de-vie' in perfect proportions for an exceptional cognac. Angels’ Share contains the essence of Cognac derived from the liquor to lend it a natural caramel colour. Opening with cognac oil, upon a blend of oak absolute, cinnamon essence and Tonka bean absolute, the scent’s long-lasting notes of sandalwood, praline and vanilla make for a delicious finish, a rare concoction only angels should experience. Angels' Share by Kilian Hennessy pays tribute to his heritage, as heir to the renowned French cognac-making family, and to his choice olfactory intoxicants for driving the night towards dawn. A first-time collaboration with French perfumer Benoit Lapouza, the perfume Angel’s Share is Kilian Hennessy’s most personal fragrance creation yet, inspired by his eighth-generation inheritance of Hennessy savoir-faire in cognac making. The perfume goes deep into the cellars of founder’s mind and memory, and into its most mysterious dimension: “la part des anges” or “angels’ share”— an evaporation of liquor in oak barrels that lifts, while ageing, like a silent offering to the gods.
Scent Profile - Cognac, Cinnamon Essence, Tonka Bean and Oak wood
The bottle of the perfumes of ‘The Liquors’ collection is styled as a speakeasy essential, like an art deco glass to recall the most fabulous bars. The weighted glass is engraved with the emblematic K motif to throw and catch light at all angles, finished with a golden, diamond-shaped plaque signed in white serigraphy. These details bring to the Kilian Paris creation a guarantee of luxury, that should not be ephemeral, but should last a lifetime. As such this perfume is refillable.

Ernesto Classic Candle by Trudon

The Ernesto candle imagines you being in a hotel in Havana, sizzling under the stubborn sun of the Revolution, fierce overtones of leather and tobacco mingle with the waxy silence of wood. Breaking out of the cool dimness, sly grimaces emerge, framed by the smoke of cigars and the barrels of guns.
Head Notes - Rum, Grapefruit, Bergamot
Heart Notes - Clove, Oak wood, Patchouli, Labdanum
Base Notes - Tobacco Accord, Moss, Leather, Amber

Ganymede by Marc Antoine-Barrois Paris
100ml Eau de Parfum
Olfactive Family - Fresh | Mineral Leather
Perfume Author - Quentin Bisch
Ganymede, the rocky satellite of Jupiter discovered in 1610 by Galileo, both luminous and covered with salt water oceans. In collaboration with Quentin Bisch, Marc-Antoine has dreamt of the essence of this new planet: an elegant unexpected harmony around a quartet of mandarin, violet, immortelle and suede.
Ganymede once again makes use of the suede-leathery notes that made their first collaboration B683 an instant classic. This time though the leather notes become softer, gaining lightness and gentleness in contact with the fragrance of violet. Mandarin still brings intense brightness and vivacity, yet immortelle adds sublime balance, using salty and mineralic tones to act as a striking counterpoint. A galactic olfactory harmony both delicate and balanced, full of energy, sensuality and contrast, Ganymede is quite unlike any fragrance on the planet; or elsewhere.
Head Notes - Mandarin, Saffron
Heart Notes - Violet, Osmanthus Absolute
Base Notes - Akigalawood, Immortelle Absolute
Marc-Antoine Barrois is a French couturier born from a northern French family who had made name for themselves in the textile industry. From a very early age he was fascinated by his grandfather’s elegance that drove him to seek the art of simple luxury without ostentation but assuredly with finesse. After learning patterns, cutting and sewing as he was studying textile engineering, he designed his first collection in Lille in 2006. This success then led Marc-Antoine Barrois to work with Dominique Sirop, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Jean-Claude Jitrois before creating his own Maison de Couture for men. Offering men what women have already in Haute Couture, Marc-Antoine Barrois designs unique suits, tuxedos and jackets for confidential clients seeking exclusivity.

Grand Chalet Cologne by Astier de Villatte
150ml Eau de Cologne
Olfactive Family - Citrus | Lime Blossom
Perfume Author - Françoise Caron
Grand Chalet cologne is an enchanting scent that escapes the bottle and suddenly fills the air: it is the age-old linden that shades the garden of painter Balthus’s atelier, at Grand Chalet, high up in the Swiss alps. A tribute to the artist and his favourite scent, bask in this Cologne’s delightful redolence of honey, milk and slight hints of lemon. And in the end, a slight trail of blond wood and vanilla remains.
Contains Essences of Linden Blossoms, Mimosas, Green Leaves, Bergamot, Heliotrope, Sandalwood, Musks.
Designers of furniture and white ceramics Ivan Pericoli and Benoît founded their company Astier de Villatte in 1996 in association with friends and family. Successor to the Parisian manufactures of the 18th century, satire de village is now the only major studio to keep the tradition of artisanal ceramic production in Paris alive. In 2000, they opened the boutique at 173 rue Saint Honoré, which also presented their other creations for the home: titanium cutlery, borosilicate glassware and above all the wonderful collection of traditionally printed notebooks.
In 2008 they decided to join forces with Japanese fragrance company Takasago and together begin creating luxury scented products. Working with their associates Emilie Massed and Françoise Caron, the star perfumer at Takasago fragrance Astier de Villatte’s range of scented products was born.

Grand Chalet Incense by Astier de Villatte
125 sticks in box
Perfume designed with Setsuko Klossowska de Rola and Françoise Caron.
Lost in Swiss Alpine pastures, at the heart of a small and peaceful village, stands the imposing and magnificent wooden structure of the Grand Chalet. It was here, in this unique landscape with its healing climate, that the painter Balthus made his home, enchanted by the fragrances of milk, honey and hints of citrus from the ancient lime trees that surrounded his studio. Today, like a wonderful memory, his favourite perfume fills this place once again.
Contains essences of Mimosa, Myrtle, Bergamot, Linden flower, Heliotrope, Sandalwood and Musk.
The best incense in the world is found on the island of Awaji, due to its favourable climate. For more than a thousand years it has been made here by the Koh-shis or Masters of Aromas, a tradition passed down from father to son. They alone perfectly master the four stages of production: the dosage of exclusively natural materials, precious woods, herbs, plants, vegetable resins, and perfume; the kneading of the dough, pressed and worked for a long time, then left to stand for two weeks to soak up the fragrance; the cutting of the dough, rolled into long, narrow ribbons, to the desired size; then drying in the west wind for three days before bundling the sticks.
Precautionary measures:
Light the end of the stick with a match, blow out the flame and leave to smoke. Plant the stick in an incense burner or a bowl of sand. Do not use in a flammable environment. Do not leave burning without supervision. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Box of approximately 125 sticks.
Burning time 30 minutes each.
Made in Japan.
About Astier de Villatte
Created in 1996, Astier de Villatte has many facets:
– An artisanal ceramics workshop in Paris, the only one of its kind, which takes up and modernises the tradition of Parisian manufacturers of the 18th century.
– A typographic printing press in the Paris suburbs, the last in France (and one of the last in the world) to print lead books.
– A publishing house, with three first publications, the atypical guide Ma Vie à Paris, the art book Drawings with the poly-talented artist Lou Doillon and now the new edition of Mitsou de Balthus.
– A perfume creation workshop where, in collaboration with exceptional noses, colognes, incense and a whole collection of scented candles on the theme of an olfactory world tour are invented.
In 2008, it was a novelty, a scented dishwashing liquid launched for fun at the store and sold in the thousands, which propelled them into the magical world of scented products. With their associate, Emilie, in collaboration with Françoise Caron, star perfumer at Takasago, a Japanese fragrance creation company, they launched their Eau de Cologne, their Hand Care and their first collection of scented candles on the delirious theme of a olfactory world tour. Over the years, the collection of scented candles and eau de cologne grew, thanks to the creativity of other highly talented perfumers, including Nathalie Feisthauer, Alexandra Monet and Christophe Raynaud.
Eager to extend the range of perfumes for the home, Benoît and Ivan leave for Awaji, the island of Japan specialised for hundreds of years in the manufacture of the best incense in the world. Thus begins a new adventure, combining the know-how of Awaji’s family workshops with that of the great Parisian perfumers.
More than collaborations, for Astier de Villatte it’s about stories of friendship and aesthetic affinities leading to the creation of a universe that wants to be unique in its kind.
Today about fifty workers, mostly Tibetans, work in the manufacture of ceramics and Astier de Villatte lamps, two people are employed by the printing works, and about fifteen people are divided between the two Parisian shops and the offices

Love Don't Be Shy by Kilian Paris
The Narcotics Collection
50ml Eau de Parfum
Olfactive Family - Floral Oriental
Perfume Author - Calice Becker
Love Don't be shy is a marshmallow inspiration, sweetened with Orange Blossom from Morocco. At first soft and tender, it unfolds into the intensity that graces truly great seductresses. Top notes of glorious Neroli from Tunisia are like a shy, tentative kiss given by fresh lips. At the heart of the fragrance, Sambac Jasmine caresses skin warm with Turkish Rose and Iris of Florence, reaching ecstasy in the embrace of Vanilla and Musk.
Head Notes - Bergamot, Neroli, Marshmallow
Heart Notes - Iris, Egyptian Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Orange Blossom water, Rose, Bulgarian Rose, Pink Pepper, Coriander, Honeysuckle
Base Notes - Cistus Labdanum, Civet, White Musk, Vanilla, Caramelised Sugar
'When I launched my brand in 2007, my goal was to put perfumery back on its pedestal and return it to its former glory, the way perfumery existed in the late 19th century and early 20th century.
For me, perfume is the essential accessory of every man and woman. Each fragrance that I make is imagined and created as the ultimate way to express oneself and all the facets of our unique personalities' - Kilian Hennessy
Heir to a long line of cognac makers who were pioneers in luxury, Kilian decided to take up the torch of family tradition. Creating a new luxury brand was definitely a challenge worthy of his predecessors.
His childhood haunts included the family cellars in Cognac. Before graduating from CELSA, he wrote a thesis on the semantics of scent, in search of a ‘language’ common to gods and mortals. Remembering the “angels’ share” as part of his heritage, he was led into the world of perfumery. The “angels’ share” is what the House of Hennessy calls the percentage that – inexplicably – evaporates from cognac cellars, like an offering to the gods.
Many of Kilian’s fragrances today carry this childhood memory as they are reminiscent of the sugar in the alcohol and the wood of the cognac barrels

Rue Saint Honore Candle by Astier de Villatte
260g Boxed Candle
Perfume designed with Françoise Caron
Late afternoon. The boutique door opens on to the asphalt of Old Paris. An enticing scent immediately floods the premises. A powdery cloud, a few delicate green notes and a jasmine rose accord merge deliciously with the amber and leather atmosphere.
Contains essences of Bergamot, Egyptian Jasmine, Rose Absolute, Ylang-Ylang, Aldehyde Notes, Amber Leather Accord, Powdery Musk.
The wax formulation, plant-based with a touch of beeswax, is unique. Free from paraffin or petrochemical derivatives, and therefore free from soot, its exceptionally supple and tender texture is a guarantee of its purity. The wax, worked for a long time, is perfectly miscible with the perfume, releasing the scent both hot and cold. The wick, woven in pure cotton, ensures combustion without traces, lasting and perfect for 60 to 70 hours, depending on the scent. Handcrafted blown glass tumblers from Tuscany have a transparent, slightly grey colour, and light bubbles, giving them a unique, timeless appearance. Labels and packaging are lead-printed on old presses by SAIG, one of the last typographic workshops in the world.
Precautionary measures:
At no time should any burning candle be left unattended. Keep lighted candles out of reach of children and pets. Keep the wick trimmed to 5 or 6 mm, this length should be maintained throughout the burning process. Ensure that the wick maintains its central position. Extinguish any candle that smokes excessively (check instructions before relighting). Do not burn a candle on a flammable or fragile surface. Do not let a candle burn for more than three consecutive hours.
Made in France.

Today about fifty workers, mostly Tibetans, work in the manufacture of ceramics and Astier de Villatte lamps, two people are employed by the printing works, and about fifteen people are divided between the two Parisian shops and the offices.

Tucson Candle by Astier de Villatte
260g Boxed Candle
Perfume designed with Alexandra Monet
Planted in the Arizona desert, surrounded by giant cactuses with amazing shapes, stands Tucson. Wander downtown, along streets lined by colourful houses. Crushed by the heat, take a break in the shadow of a mesquite, watered by a little glass of mezcal. Intoxicating scents of the Far West float in the air: lightly smokey and sweet aromas of wild grasses, parched wood, immortelle flowers, and red earth, burnt by the sun.
Contains essences of Rosemary, Immortelle, Rose, Atlas Cedar, Lignum Vitae, Vetiver, Birch, Labdanum, Oregano, Thyme, Laurel, Black Pepper and Patchouli.
Burning time: 60 to 70 hours
Today about fifty workers, mostly Tibetans, work in the manufacture of ceramics and Astier de Villatte lamps, two people are employed by the printing works, and about fifteen people are divided between the two Parisian shops and the offices.
