STORE CLOSURE DELIVERIES
The physical store will be closing from the 25th December and will reopen on Tuesday 30th January 2018.
During this time the online store will remain open but parcels will only be sent on Tuesdays and Fridays.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
- For Orders of $100 or more - shipping is complimentary
- Items on SALE do not qualify for free shipping
- Orders under $100 - shipping is $12.50
- Australia Post 'Parcel Post' satchel service.
- Perfume can ONLY travel by Road service due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product - so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
- Full tracking on all parcels.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- CREDIT CARDS - are accepted, but if your name and address details cannot be verified you will be required to provide additional identification before your order can be processed.
- PAYPAL - you are covered by Paypal buyer protection and the most secure method of payment.
- BANK TRANSFER - into our Bank Account - banking details are provided with your confirmed order. Goods are held for 2 days - if payment is not received your order will be cancelled. Sale items must be paid for immediately - we cannot hold stock.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
- Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
- We ship our parcels TUESDAY TO FRIDAY only.
- We do not ship on public holidays.
- You can choose the PAY AND PICK UP INSTORE option at the checkout
GIFT EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
- Peony is happy to exchange goods for a credit note up to 14 days after purchase ONLY.
- Gifts purchased for Christmas - as the store closes for most of January - gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until mid February - gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag. Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place. Your original receipt must be presented with the goods.
- Goods need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt.
- IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items - this especially applies to fragrance purchases.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your product for one of the same or greater value.
- Please note we do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
- All sales are final - please choose carefully.
- If a Sale item is included in your shopping cart, only the full priced items qualify for FREE shipping.
