- For Orders of $100 or more – shipping is complimentary
- Items on SALE do not qualify for free shipping
- Orders under $100 – shipping is $15.00
- Australia Post service.
- Perfume can ONLY travel by Road due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product – so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
- Full tracking on all parcels.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- CREDIT CARDS – are accepted, but if your name and address details cannot be verified you will be required to provide additional identification before your order can be processed.
- PAYPAL – you are covered by Paypal buyer protection and the most secure method of payment. Orders can only be sent to the verified address with your Paypal Account.
- BANK TRANSFER – into our Bank Account – banking details are provided with your confirmed order. Goods are held for 2 days – if payment is not received your order will be cancelled. Sale items must be paid for immediately – we cannot hold stock.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
- Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
- We ship our parcels TUESDAY TO FRIDAY only.
- We do not ship on public holidays.
- If you instruct us to advise the Postman to leave the parcel on your premises, Peony takes no responsibility for 3rd parties removing the parcel from your property.
- You can choose the PAY AND PICK UP INSTORE option at the checkout with the following conditions
- the purchasers details must match the person picking up the goods
- no third parties will be accepted
- Id will be required in the form of drivers license
- the credit card used for the transaction will need to be sighted
GIFT EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
- Peony is happy to exchange goods for a credit note up to 14 days after purchase ONLY.
- Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until mid February – gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag. Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place. Your original receipt must be presented with the goods.
- Goods need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt.
- IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items – this especially applies to fragrance purchases.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your product for one of the same or greater value.
- Please note we do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
- All sales are final – please choose carefully.
- If a Sale item is included in your shopping cart, only the full priced items qualify for FREE shipping.
