Note: If you have a Hotmail address, a Gmail address or a Yahoo mail address, please read the appropriate instructions below to ensure the newsletter isn't incorrectly filtered as spam.
Hotmail (based on Windows Live Hotmail)
You need to add the Newsletter From address (which is jill@peonymelbourne.com.au), to your Hotmail Safe Senders list:
Existing Subscribers (if you already receive Newsletter emails)
Open the email in your inbox
Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
Select 'Show Content' to display email with full images
New Subscribers (if you are a new or recent subscriber to Newsletter emails)
Open your mailbox and click 'Options' (located on top right-hand corner)
Go to Junk e-Mail (sub heading) and click on 'Safe & blocked senders'
Then Click on 'Safe Senders'
Copy and paste jill@peonymelbourne.com.au into the box titled 'Sender or domain to mark as safe'
Click the 'Add to list' button
If Email is in 'Junk E-Mail' folder
Open the email in your inbox
Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
Full email will be displayed in your inbox
Gmail
You need to add the Newsletter From address (which is jill@peonymelbourne.com.au), to your Gmail Contacts List:
Existing Subscribers (if you already receive Newsletter emails)
Open the email in your inbox
Click on 'Always display images from jill@peonymelbourne.com.au' (in the green box above the email)
Follow 'New Subscribers' instructions below
New Subscribers (if you are a new or recent subscriber to Newsletter emails)
Click 'Contacts' along the left menu of the Gmail page
Click on New Contact Icon (scroll over image displays 'New Contact')
Copy and paste the Newsletter FROM address, jill@peonymelbourne.com.au into the primary email address dialog box
Click 'Save'
If Email is in 'Spam' folder
Click 'Spam' along the left side of any Gmail page
Check mark the box next to our e-Newsletter
Click the 'Not Spam' button along the top
Yahoo (classic view only)
All Subscribers
You need to set up a Yahoo Message Filter to ensure the Newsletter is sent direct to your inbox.
Open your mailbox and click on 'Options' then select 'Mail Options'
Click on the 'Filters' option, featured on the left hand side menu.
Click on 'Create or Edit Filters'
Click the 'Add' link on the Filters page to create a new Message Filter
Update the 'From header' with the following: 'contains' and jill@peonymelbourne.com.au
Click the 'Choose Folder' pull down menu and select inbox.
Click the 'Add Filter' button.
If Email is in 'Spam' folder
Open the email in your 'Spam' folder
Click on 'Not Spam' button
Full email will be displayed in your inbox
Proceed to add jill@peonymelbourne.com.au to your Message Filter following the instructions above. |
