NB: We can only deliver within Australia.  Fragrances are considered a Class 3 Hazardous good and we are not able to deliver outside of Australia at this time.  Fragrances are not able to be posted via Australia Post, we offer a courier service via Fastway couriers. Address details given must be able to deliver during business hours as the parcel needs to be signed for.


Return Policy:

Peony is happy to exchange goods for a credit note up to 7 days after purchase.  Goods need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt.

IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items - this especially applies to fragrance purchases.  Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of the same or greater value.  Please note we do not refund courier charges on exchanged items.
