Astier de Villatte

Primarily know for their furniture design and tableware in white ceramic, the members of Astier de Villatte me at the Beaux-Arts school in Paris, where they spent their time compulsively sketching their surroundings and winning academic praise and awards. They launched their company in 1996, making furniture, vases and fruit stands, inspired by discarded objects picked up on sidewalks at night, antiques unearthed at Emmaus charity shops, the Vanves flea market, or in second-hand stores in the country. In 2000 they opened their now famous Astier de Villatte boutique at 173 rue Saint-Honore, Paris.

The perfumeur Francoise Caron has created four colognes for Astier de Villatte. She is one of the premier parfumeurs at the Takasago - an aromaceutical company based in Japan. The colognes are pure delight, exclusive and luscious.
